About this role

As a Keyholder / Barista at Event Network, you play an important role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting daily store operations. This position blends retail sales with café service at premier destinations across the United States.

You craft high-quality beverages, assist guests with merchandise, and handle opening and closing procedures. The role requires maintaining service standards and meeting sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

You work closely with the management team to keep strong operational performance and create memorable moments for every guest. Collaboration with team members supports both sales targets and a positive service-focused atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a keyholder, barista, or retail/food service associate preferred.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong hospitality mindset.
  • Passion for coffee, beverages, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices (Food Handler’s Card preferred).
  • Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly greet all guests and offer assistance to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages and food items with quality and consistency.
  • Engage guests in conversation using open-ended questions to recommend products, beverages, and promotional items.
  • Support daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
  • Accurately process transactions through the POS system including cash, credit cards, and hotel charges.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Monitor and record daily waste to support operational efficiency.
