As a Barista, prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages while providing fast, quality customer service. Ensure the store is clean and sanitary, products are stocked, and fun is had on every shift. Accepting part-time and full-time baristas to greet customers and follow service standards.

Greet and connect with each customer, welcome questions, and suggestively sell gift cards and additional products. Manage cash drawer, process payments, and serve orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines. Work cooperatively in a team environment with a franchisee as your employer.

Optimize workflow by restocking workstations and maintaining cleanliness of coworker and customer areas. Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer and resolve quality issues. Enjoy upward mobility, flexible schedule, and benefits like free drinks on shift.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and sweet offerings according to established service standards
Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
Clean, sanitize and maintain store and all equipment
Stock and replenish food, beverages and utensils as needed
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
Manage cash drawer and process payments following established cash handling procedures
Research and resolve quality and service complaints
Receive, unload and distribute deliveries
