Roastery Production Assistant

Pavement Coffeehouse seeks a Roastery Production Assistant enthusiastic about coffee roasting and brewing. This on-site role at the roastery involves assisting with daily operations like labeling coffee bags, weighing and bagging coffee, packing orders, roasting, and cleaning. It's a full-time hourly position averaging 30 hours per week, reporting directly to the Roastery Manager.

You will label coffee bags neatly and efficiently, weigh, bag, and seal roasted coffee, and pack orders while maintaining accuracy. Keep the workspace clean and organized, follow the Roastery Manager's directions, and complete other assigned duties. Expect a dynamic pace requiring quick adaptation and multitasking.
