Your day-to-day involves demonstrating current knowledge of drip coffee, cold beverages, espresso bar, and pastry stations. You'll follow Starbucks Simple Service Steps and Magic Selling skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience, educating and sampling craveable food and beverage products.

Requirements

Ability to create and serve Starbucks coffee beverages following Starbucks standards
Knowledge of drip coffee, cold beverage, espresso bar, and pastry stations
Commitment to providing caring hospitality and exceptional customer service
Ability to follow station-specific duties and responsibilities
Willingness to maintain work area and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards
Availability to work weekend shifts as part of the schedule
Part-time availability for 12-24 hours per week

Responsibilities

Demonstrate current and working knowledge of drip coffee, cold beverage, espresso bar, and pastry stations
Follow company standards and maintain work area and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards
Apply Starbucks Simple Service Steps and Magic Selling skills to provide an exceptional customer experience
Educate, sample, and serve customers craveable food and beverage products
Open and/or close the area following appropriate checklist, verifying completion with Manager on Duty
Maintain PAR stock levels and standards in product presentations
Produce and present freshly prepared products following Starbucks recipes while meeting speed of service standards
Follow Starbucks merchandising and signing standards and maintain personal hygiene and professional dress code
