Blackstone Consulting, Inc. is hiring for our clients Corporate Caffe. This role blends culinary arts with extraordinary service at a state-of-the-art onsite Corporate Caffe. Individuals with a passion for food, coffee, and espresso will thrive in this position.

You will manage the espresso bar, uphold health and safety standards, and ensure speed, quality, and consistency. Provide high-level customer service and guest relations while creating tasty coffee and tea-based drinks in a timely manner. Keep counters clean, stock supplies, clean soda machines, brew coffee for breakfast and tea for lunch, answer questions, and cut lemons.

Requirements

1-4 years of experience in customer service or high volume food service, preferably in corporate programs, hotels, resorts, or multi-restaurant chains
Extraordinarily service oriented with demonstrable high level of customer service
Dynamic and agile with strong organizational skills to switch between locations and duties
Strong listening skills and verbal communication to connect with customers
Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Passion for espresso with artistry and attention to detail
