Your primary focus is providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to every guest. You will take orders at the counter, run the register, and ensure an adequate food supply is ready by preparing and replenishing products as needed.

You will work alongside a team dedicated to customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment. Daily tasks include checking product freshness, removing trash, and maintaining strict adherence to hygiene and dress guidelines.

Requirements

Ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions and deal with a few concrete variables
Basic math skills including simple addition and subtraction, copying figures, and counting
Demonstrated professionalism and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area

Responsibilities

Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all interactions
Takes customer orders at the counter and runs the department registers, receiving payment and making change
Handles food in a safe manner and ensures the work area is always clean and neat
Prepares and replenishes product as necessary, following a production list
Reviews the status and appearance of food for freshness and anticipates daily product needs
Removes trash in a timely manner and washes dishes as needed
Maintains strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress
Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment
