Join DIE KOCHMANUFAKTUR as a full-time Barista at the SKY Deutschland location in Unterföhring, Munich. This permanent role offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule with no weekend work, giving you stable hours and a balanced lifestyle.

Your daily tasks include preparing coffee specialties and beverages with precision, serving guests at the coffee bar, and maintaining a friendly, open attitude. You’ll also support the operations manager with inventory, orders, and sales initiatives to keep the bar running smoothly.

At the SKY site, you become part of a close-knit crew where kitchen, service, and barista teams collaborate seamlessly. As the first point of contact for coffee in the morning and throughout the afternoon, you create a warm experience for Sky employees.

Requirements

Experience as a barista or in gastronomy – not required, we train you
Joy in dealing with people and a strong service orientation
Well-groomed appearance and positive charisma
Good German language skills (English is a plus)
Knowledge of coffee beans, espresso extraction, and milk frothing techniques
Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale system
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee specialties and beverages with attention to quality
Sell drinks and food at the coffee bar, engaging with guests in a friendly manner
Communicate openly and warmly with guests to ensure a positive experience
Support the operations manager with inventory counts and placing orders
Take responsibility for sales-promoting measures and attractive presentation
Operate espresso machines and maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar
Assist in the daily setup and breakdown of the coffee station
