Barista

Café Leon Dore is looking for Part Time & Full Time Baristas to join the team in New York, reporting directly to the Café Manager. Baristas run all front of house operations whilst delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role ensures seamless daily café functionality with a focus on brand standards.

Perform opening and closing procedures like dialing in the espresso for the day, brewing coffee and tea, dusting and cleaning display cases, and ensuring the storefront is up to standard. Showcase an excellent understanding of the menu while delivering food and beverages as per brand expectations. Maintain all café standards from opening to closing, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Greet customers with a genuine and warm welcome, offering answers to questions and concerns with patience, confidence, and professionalism. Maintain a professional image with well-groomed hygiene and prescribed uniform. Influence a fun and positive atmosphere by being approachable and professional in a busy environment.
