As Head Barista, you will train and coach our team to serve coffee perfectly every time. You will make the World's Best Coffee, deliver outstanding customer service, and prepare award-winning food. Maintain high standards and fine-tune the espresso machine for perfect shots.

Requirements

Passion for high quality coffee and a love for great coffee.
Innovative mindset and ability to inspire and train others.
Strong customer service orientation.
Knowledge of espresso machine maintenance and fine-tuning for perfect extraction.
Ability to maintain high standards and attention to detail.
Eligibility to live and work in the UK.

Maintain and fine-tune the coffee machine and grinder to dispense the perfect espresso.
Assist the management team with operating the bakery.
