This is a fantastic full-time opportunity to join our growing team at the café and restaurant. As Coffee Roaster, you will operate and maintain roasting equipment with precision. You will develop and refine roast profiles across various bean origins to achieve desired flavor results.

Conduct quality control, participate in cupping sessions, and collaborate with the sourcing team on green bean selection. Assist with packaging, inventory, and dispatch while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, lifting bags up to 25kg and standing for extended periods.

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience in coffee roasting
Solid knowledge of bean varieties, roast levels, and flavour development
Strong attention to detail and a drive for excellence
Ability to work independently and within a dynamic team
Familiarity with cupping and sensory evaluation
Ability to lift bags up to 25kg
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
