About this role

We are hiring immediately for a full time Barista position at LC Kitchen in Plano, TX. This role offers a fixed pay rate of $18.00 per hour with nights and weekends off, paid holidays, and free shift meals and drinks. We make applying easy—text JOB to 75000 and search requisition ID 1539928.

As a Barista, you will prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes. You will enter orders accurately into the POS device, accept cash and charge payments, and replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining the cleanliness of the service area.

You will ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures while following HACCP standards. Maintaining sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils is essential, as is keeping display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service.

Requirements

Previous barista experience is required.
Ability to prepare espresso drinks using standard recipes and measures.
Proficiency with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
Knowledge of food safety and HACCP guidelines.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work station.
Capability to handle cash and charge transactions accurately.
Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:45 PM.
