Your day-to-day involves generating sales, keeping a clean and organized department, and safeguarding company assets. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment while remaining detailed and focused, multitasking and prioritizing as you serve guests.

Requirements

Previous barista and food handling experience is required
Ability to work independently or in a group setting
Committed to supplying our North 40 guests with phenomenal customer service
Good communication skills and ability to effectively engage with individuals on a regular basis
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while remaining detailed and focused
Willingness to share credit, work with others in a team environment, and define success collectively
Drive to be dependable and perform well against the expectations of the role
Physical ability to lift and carry 0-15 lbs. continuously, 15-30 lbs. frequently, and 30-55 lbs. occasionally

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and generate sales
Maintain a consistent product and a clean, organized department
Safeguard company assets and accurately handle transactions and count back change
Educate and assist customers on the brands that North 40 sells
Work all scheduled shifts between Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm, including weekends and certain holidays
Use ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks as needed, and lift up to 55 lbs. with team lift for heavier items
Spend 100% of work time on your feet
