About this role

OTO Development is pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Barista at their property. Current pay is $15.00 per hour, plus tips, with a scale of $10.84-$20.24/hour depending on state/market. Previous Starbucks experience is a plus for this role.

Most days involve delivering legendary customer service with a customer-comes-first attitude, connecting with customers and discovering their needs. Act with integrity, honesty, and competence while promoting the property's culture, values, and mission. Adhere to recipe, presentation, cash management, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Contribute to a positive environment by recognizing changes in coworkers’ morale and performance, communicating them to supervisors. Assist with training new team members and maintain a clean, organized workspace for easy access to resources. Stay calm during high volume or unusual events to uphold standards and set a positive example.

Continually review the store’s environment to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service in retail and/or hospitality knowledge
Strong problem solving and organizational skills
Learn quickly, build relationships, and communicate effectively
Comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods
