At Blank Street, we're on a mission to become the defining food and beverage brand of our generation. As a Cafe Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life in Los Angeles by launching and leading one of our first cafés.

You'll build a high-performing team, set the standard for operations, and create an exceptional customer experience every day. This role is about more than running a store—it's about embedding Blank Street into the fabric of the community.

Requirements

4+ years of experience managing single-unit operations in high-growth hospitality or retail brands
Experience managing large hospitality teams
Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering
Passion for excellent customer service and hospitality
Ability to perform under pressure and time constraints
Excellent organizational, delegation, and follow-up skills
Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
Capable of using emotional intelligence and conflict resolution to create a welcoming workplace

Deliver exceptional food, beverage, and hospitality standards
Maintain inventory, ordering, and operational compliance
Lead by example on the floor
