Join the team at Table Rock Grille, Westgate's new food truck experience, nestled in the beautiful Ozark Mountains at Westgate Branson Lakes Resort. As a Food Service Attendant and Barista, you will prepare and serve food and beverages while engaging with guests who arrive to enjoy Branson's world-class entertainment and outdoor recreation.

Your day-to-day involves taking guest orders, processing transactions using a POS system, and recommending menu items with friendly, professional service. You will maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked work areas, follow food safety and sanitation standards, and assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks.

You may work across various resort dining locations, including food trucks, quick-service outlets, marketplaces, snack bars, and coffee shops. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in food service, restaurant, hospitality, quick-service, food truck, or related operations highly preferred
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Experience handling cash and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system is a plus
  • Ability to work all shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, reach, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment
  • Food Handler Certification (e.g., ServSafe®) may be required based on state, local, or property requirements

  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient guest service
  • Take guest orders and process payments using a POS system
  • Prepare, assemble, and serve food and beverage items
  • Answer guest questions and recommend menu items
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked work areas
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and health standards
  • Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks
  • Support food truck, outdoor, seasonal, and special event operations when assigned
