Hello and welcome to Scooter’s Coffee. We are looking for new baristas to join our team. If you are outgoing, energetic, positive, and friendly, we would love to meet you!

Greet and connect with each customer while welcoming questions to educate on products. Work cooperatively in a team environment, demonstrating genuine appreciation to customers and fellow team members. Maintain an energetic, fast-paced, flexible work style in a drive-thru setting.

Room to grow with many new locations under development. Established in 1998, Scooter's Coffee handcrafts sustainably-sourced ingredients into perfection. You are applying to work with a franchisee who sets terms of employment.

Responsibilities

Greet and connect with each customer
Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on products
Solicit order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion
Manage cash drawer following established cash handling procedures
Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines
Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify drink upon delivery
Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise
