Barista

As a Barista in San Francisco you prepare and serve outstanding coffee beverages while educating customers about Onyx Coffee's distinctive flavor profiles and sustainable sourcing practices.

You will be the face of the café creating memorable experiences for each customer. Daily work includes preparing hot and cold beverages such as coffee blended coffee and tea while correctly customizing orders as requested. You also describe product details in partnership with Onyx Coffee and serve prepared baked goods including pastries.

Additional duties involve receiving and processing customer payments accurately handling POS transactions and ensuring customer service stations are properly stocked. You clean and sanitize all equipment utensils dishes work areas and seating areas while routinely checking temperatures on freezers refrigerators and heating equipment.
