Are you looking for an exciting, fast-paced, and social experience? We’re hiring full-time Baristas to be the perfect blend to our team. You’ll prepare specialty drinks, assist with food preparation, and receive orders and payments while providing unforgettable experiences for customers.

Baristas accurately operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions. They greet customers while anticipating their needs and prepare coffees, teas, and specialty beverages per brand standards.

The role includes preparing food items in line with location standards, counting and balancing cash drawers, and making deposits. Team members set up and break down coffee bars and stations while maintaining clean and sanitary work areas.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience preferred
Previous cash handling experience preferred
Previous experience as a barista preferred
Basic math and counting skills required
Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
Must follow required dress code as assigned
Able to read and communicate in English and able to follow recipes
Complete Food Handling Certification as required

Responsibilities

Count, organize, and balance cash drawer and make deposits
Set up and break down coffee bars, stations, or store including cleaning and sanitizing
Maintain clean and sanitary work area
Stock beverage coolers, grab and go items, service ware, and condiments
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
