About this role

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about fashion, think outside the box, and have an eye for innovation. As a Part-Time Barista at Charles & Keith Group, you will prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items according to café standards.

Your day-to-day will involve operating coffee machines, grinders, and POS systems while delivering warm and professional service to create an exceptional consumer experience. You will also maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and the café environment.

You will assist in inventory management, restocking, and daily opening and closing procedures, staying updated on café promotions and menu offerings to engage employees effectively. Requirements

Able to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Public Holidays.
Passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable customer experiences.
At least 1-2 years of prior barista experience in a café or F&B environment, with a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and café operations preferred.
Able to work independently when required and as a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
