About this role
Assist the Coffee Shop Department Manager in presenting the freshest, most innovative, and best quality products at competitive retail prices. Maintain a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to customers and team members. Core competencies include partnerships, growth mindset, results oriented, customer focused, and professionalism.
Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern, and patience in all interactions. Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner, learn their names, and assist by escorting to products, securing out-of-reach items, or loading heavy purchases. Answer the telephone promptly, take product orders, and handle counter orders.
Work with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment. Handle food safely, keep the work area clean and neat, and review product freshness. Supervise Coffee Shop Baristas while reporting to District Store Director, Store Manager, and Department Manager.
Anticipate daily product needs, prepare and replenish as necessary, check in deliveries, and run department registers. Adhere to personal hygiene, dress guidelines, and company policies. Report to work on time and maintain strict department standards.
