As a Starbucks Barista you create those ‘WOW’ moments that have a positive and lasting impact on customers. You assist customers with orders for Starbucks services while providing product suggestions and handling special orders. Quality service and products are maintained by following all safety and sanitation procedures.
Customer questions are answered in an effective and efficient manner in a fast-paced environment. Trustful relationships are built with customers to encourage return visits. Product and displays are stocked according to merchandising standards throughout the shift.

- Maintain good eye contact and positive body language
- Comfortable using electronic bakery and deli equipment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product
