In this role, you will oversee daily operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
You will assign and oversee the daily duties of the Takelma team, preparing coffee, pizza, pastries, and grab-and-go products in accordance with company standards. Your focus will be on optimizing sales, gross profit, and inventory turns while improving efficiencies and productivity.
As a supervisor, you will monitor all aspects of Takelma, taking action to correct or improve processes, products, or service. You will also interview, hire, and supervise all team members, coordinating training to maximize productivity and overall job satisfaction.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate required
- 2-3 years related experience in a Barista or similar environment, including knowledge of coffee, service, and sanitation required
- 3 years in a management or supervisory position preferred
- Ability to analyze problems, project consequences, identify solutions, and implement recommendations using independent judgment
- Ability to interact and maintain professional working relationships with guests and co-workers of varying social and cultural backgrounds
- Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Publisher required
- Current Food Handlers Certificate and OLCC License required
- Must be 21 years of age or above
