Baristas provide an outstanding experience for guests by preparing and delivering quality products in a friendly and efficient manner.

Daily work involves operating the POS system, handling cash transactions, and preparing drinks efficiently in a high-volume environment. Staff also maintain inventory, keep equipment operating, and complete accurate daily cash-outs while answering guest queries about the mountain.

Baristas work under the supervision of the F&B Supervisor and Manager while collaborating closely with culinary and distribution departments. The role requires maintaining public spaces through stocking supplies, cleaning, and garbage removal across various Food & Beverage venues.

This position offers a ridiculously cool life experience with a plethora of lively staff events all season long. Employees enjoy the chance to work among alpine vistas in full bloom with colourful wildflowers during the summer months.

Requirements

Passion for providing outstanding guest service
Previous barista experience is an asset
Ability to accurately manage a cash float
Energetic and self-motivated with excellent time management
Communicate effectively in English both written and verbally
Prepared to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and early starts
Neat, punctual, and dependable with professional conduct in uniform
Successful completion of ProServe alcohol serving certificate required prior to commencement

Responsibilities
