Buck Mason is looking for someone awesome to take the reins as our Coffee Shop Manager at Fast Times SoHo. We need a leader who's not just a manager but a coffee-loving maestro, ready to train, inspire, and keep the vibe at Buck Mason standards.

In this role, you'll run shifts like a boss, making sure the team is where they need to be and serving up top-notch hospitality. You'll help whip our newbies into shape and keep veterans up to date with the latest and greatest offerings, all while sticking to Buck Mason's drink and food game plan.

You'll be the face behind the counter, giving your team the lowdown on what's working and what could be even better with timely feedback. Your coffee knowledge will stay sharp through tastings, cuppings, and training sessions, and you'll ensure everyone's playing nice and safe.

Requirements

At least one year of experience leading a team.
Possess a Food Safety Certification or ready to snag it within 30 days post-hire.
You're a math and computer whiz.
Work occurs on a variable schedule which could include early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights as well as weekends and holidays.
