About this role
As Barista Course Leader in our new studio in Lübeck Altstadt, you are mainly responsible for leading Barista courses and workshops on coffee preparation. Introduce participants to various brewing methods, present materials, and demonstrate Latte Art and other techniques. Bring your creativity while supporting organization and maintenance of the course room.
Courses typically start from 17:00 on weekdays, with some beginning earlier like 14:00 or 15:00. This allows you to schedule shifts around your free times. Expect about 5-10 hours per week on-site in our city center facilities.
Work in a creative and inspiring environment directly with course participants. Handle customer advice and on-site contact as part of daily interactions. Maintain reliability and independent working style in a focused coffee studio setting.

Requirements
- Experience in coffee preparation and as Barista
- Reliability and independent working style
- Excellent communication skills for direct work with course participants
- Knowledge of various brewing methods
- Proficiency in Latte Art and coffee techniques
