Coffee Shop Barista - Part-Time

To some, you’re a person who makes drinks. To others, you’re a friend, confidant, part-time therapist and the #1 reason they got up this morning. Our Baristas prepare and serve drinks and food items in a warm and inviting manner—even at ridiculously early hours.

Relay your understanding of coffee and tea regions and the various differences in flavor and blends to customers. Take orders and convey them to team members for preparation. Maintain inventory by replenishing coffee bean and food supply and stocking brewing equipment.

You will interact with hotel guests and other patrons all day long so a friendly, outgoing personality is essential. Develop a rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks and food items. Be on your feet a lot, carrying up to 25 pounds, walking, bending and climbing stairs.

Work flexible schedules including weekends. Previous experience in food and beverage is a plus but we'll train you with desire to learn and impact guests positively. Enjoy hotel discounts and be part of an anything-but-standard growing hotel company.
