Roast our portfolio of coffee blends in accordance with company standard operating procedures while maintaining cleanliness of the work area throughout the day. Maintain accurate and timely documentation for production inventory. Ensure daily production logs are accurate.

Consistently roast each batch of coffee following the proper roast profiles while maintaining strict control of all quality standards and procedures. Demonstrate attention to detail, focus, and organization during roasting processes. Stay calm under pressure as a team player.

Operate in a physically demanding environment, lifting up to 70 pounds, standing for several hours, and handling material transfer carts. Bend, reach, squat, kneel, twist, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions. Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Work in a sensory sensitive facility that does not allow fragrances or hiring of smokers. Demonstrate commitment to preventative maintenance and cleaning procedures. Contribute to the team by following instructions and sequences accurately.
