You will work within a world-class coffee program using the best coffee equipment and product in the industry. Prepare the tastiest drinks while completing all training for proper food and beverage handling. Maintain systems to avoid wastage and follow par levels in line with business peaks.

Collaborate with your team to build a strong sense of community for both customers and teammates. Participate in initiatives with Operations and Marketing teams to increase foot traffic and develop a loyal neighborhood customer base. Maintain Local Department of Health standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Friendly and enthusiastic team player with a passion for excellent customer service
  • Reliable employee able to manage time and priorities during busy rush periods
  • Passionate about creating delicious coffee, matcha, and other cafe beverages
  • Strong independent problem solver with proven multi-tasking and communication skills
  • Curious, adaptable and always willing to learn
  • Comfortable with cash-handling and maintaining store safety
  • 1+ years experience in a customer service position, preferably in hospitality or coffee
  • Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods of time
