Requirements

Very good knowledge of English; knowledge of a second foreign language desired.
Desired experience in a similar position, ideally in a hotel environment.
Knowledge of management of coffee preparation materials and equipment.
Knowledge and compliance with all hygiene and safety rules.
Professionalism, reliability and responsibility.
Empathy, adaptability, cooperation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Prepare coffee and various beverages or cocktails according to the menu card.
Serve guests according to the hospitality standards of Mitsis Group.
Maintain cleanliness of coffee equipment such as coffee machine and coffee grinder.
Check operational and maintenance issues of the machines.
Monitor stock adequacy of equipment and supplies.
Comply with health and safety regulations.
