Hello and welcome to Scooter’s Coffee. We are looking for outgoing, energetic, positive, and friendly baristas to join our team. You’ll create an amazing experience for each life we touch by focusing on our core values of integrity, love, humility, and courage.

Serve amazing drinks amazingly fast at our drive-thru only store. If coffee is new to you, don’t worry—we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Greet customers, process orders, and deliver products within speed of service guidelines.

Work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule and all shifts available. Connect with customers and team members while maintaining cleanliness and optimizing workflow. Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer and fellow team members.

Responsibilities

Greet and connect with each customer
Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on products
Solicit order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion
Manage cash drawer following established cash handling procedures
Serve customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines
Deliver products within speed of service guidelines and identify drink upon delivery
Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
Restock workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise to optimize workflow
