Cafe Manager

This individual will be responsible for the supervision of the food service operation, ensuring the standards of excellence are met. They will supervise associates and support financial responsibilities, operating within the budget while identifying new ways to improve the business.

Day-to-day, the Cafe Manager hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates while managing all cafe operations. They plan, market, and execute special events and promotions in the cafe, and ensure compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards.
