As General Manager, you’re building a culture, developing people, and setting operational excellence. This hands-on role owns site performance, inspires the team, and ensures exceptional guest experiences. Balance commercial thinking with great hospitality every day.
Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team with energy and empathy. Create a warm, motivated, people-first workplace culture. Coach and develop future leaders while fostering internal growth.
Oversee daily operations from shift planning to cleanliness and compliance. Own KPIs like sales, labour %, and waste to drive results. Enjoy hands-on barista training, ongoing development, and a path to multi-site leadership.

Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, F&B, or retail
- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of hitting KPIs
- Confident leading from the front with a calm, motivating presence
- Detail-driven operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine love of coffee, food, and delivering a premium guest experience

- Own and improve shop KPIs: sales, labour %, average transaction value, and waste
- Be accountable for site’s P&L, balancing growth with cost control
