Be the leader everyone looks up to, setting the bar high for performance. Help whip newbies into shape and keep veterans up to date with latest offerings. Give the team timely feedback on what's working and what could be better.

Requirements
- At least one year experience leading a team
- Food Safety Certification or obtain within 30 days of hire
- Proficient in math and computers
- Available for variable schedule including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong coffee knowledge and preparation skills
- Hospitality expertise in coffee shop environment
- Ability to inspire and train barista teams
Responsibilities

- Train new hires and update veteran staff on latest offerings
