Cafe Manager

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to join the team at Benugo in John Lewis Leeds. The café is open 7 days a week, serving up freshly made sandwiches, scones, cakes and coffee. This role ensures smooth operations in a high-street cafe environment.

The Cafe Manager supervises, manages and motivates the team daily. They make sure the operation runs smoothly while ensuring the customers experience is always maintained to the highest standard. Continuous efforts focus on improving sales and service.

Support and manage team performance through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring. High levels of Food and Health & Safety must always be maintained. The role demands strong leadership in a busy cafe setting.
