As Assistant Coffee Shop Manager, assist the Department Manager in presenting the freshest, most innovative, and best quality products at competitive retail prices. Always maintain a positive company image through courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to customers and team members.

Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern, and patience in all interactions. Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner, learn their names, and assist by escorting to products, securing out-of-reach items, or loading heavy purchases. Answer the telephone promptly, take product orders, and handle counter orders to enhance the shopping experience.

Work with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment. Accountable to District Store Director, Store Manager, Assistant Managers, Food Service Director, and Coffee Shop Department Manager. Supervise Coffee Shop Baristas while handling food safely, keeping the work area clean and neat.

Review status and appearance of food for freshness, ensure adequate supply, anticipate daily product needs, and prepare or replenish as necessary. Demonstrate core competencies of partnerships, growth mindset, results oriented, customer focused, and professionalism. Adhere to company policies, personal hygiene, and dress guidelines for operational excellence.
