Cornish Bakery is redefining what a bakery can be, with a purpose to nourish people. As Head Barista, you'll join a team accredited as Outstanding to Work For and help change hospitality for good.

You will train and coach the team to serve coffee perfectly every time, making the world's best coffee. Deliver outstanding customer service while preparing award winning food and maintaining high standards.

Full training will be given for you to be yourself and excel. As Head Barista, you'll also assist the management team with operating the bakery, opening pathways for growth.

Requirements

Innovative spirit and a genuine love for great coffee
Passion for high quality coffee and ability to share that with colleagues and customers
Experience training and coaching others in coffee preparation
Strong customer service orientation
Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Ability to maintain and fine tune coffee equipment
