We seek an exceptional General Manager with operational discipline, leadership drive, and commercial mindset to transform performance.
As General Manager, take full accountability for daily operation, financial performance, and culture. Drive efficiency, profitability, and consistent excellence. This role demands ownership of a high-performing hospitality business, far beyond running a rota or keeping the shop tidy.
Lead a team in a high-performance environment, inspiring accountability, results, and continuous improvement. Build lean, high-performing rotas balancing cost control with exceptional guest service. Maintain flawless standards in service, cleanliness, compliance, and guest experience.
Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and internal marketing initiatives. Deliver ambitious profit targets and position MINCKA for a second location. Embrace a career-defining challenge in a performance-led environment where results are recognised.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in hospitality (cafés, bars, restaurants, hotels, or clubs)
- Commercial mindset with evidence of driving sales and improving profitability
- Exceptional stock and labour management skills, with track record of reducing waste and increasing efficiency
- Ability to lead and motivate a team through clear standards, accountability, and consistent coaching
- Relentless attention to detail, discipline in execution, and pride in high performance
Responsibilities
- Control costs, maximise revenue streams, and deliver ambitious profit targets
- Implement elite systems to eliminate waste, track usage, and ensure complete accountability for stock management
- Build lean, high-performing rotas that balance cost control with exceptional guest service
- Lead upselling, cross-selling, and internal marketing initiatives to increase daily sales
- Inspire team to embrace accountability, results, and continuous improvement
- Maintain flawless standards in service, cleanliness, compliance, and guest experience
