Senior Cafe Manager

We’re seeking a Senior Café Manager (AGM-level) to support daily operations across two units and deliver exceptional experiences for Amazon associates.

Oversee daily café, coffee bar, and catering operations while supporting the General Manager across both units. Maintain strong cost controls for labor, food, and operational expenses. Lead, train, schedule, and coach staff to ensure outstanding service and execution.

Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Support culinary operations, menu execution, and product quality. Build strong relationships with Amazon staff and senior client partners while contributing to special events, promotions, and daily reporting.
