About this role

Bar Atlantic is the bar and fast-service restaurant brand of the Esselunga Group. Launched in 2003, it delivers quality break experiences inside shopping galleries with 130 locations nationwide, emphasizing quality, passion and innovation in a welcoming modern setting.

You will organize your workstation and equipment including coffee machines, counters and display cases. Daily tasks include preparing coffees, cappuccinos, hot drinks, brioche and other baked goods plus hot and cold dishes from selected ingredients.

You will work in the Bolzano Bar Atlantic alongside the Bar Manager, Vice Manager and fellow baristas. The team is close-knit and dynamic, focused on attentive service and delivering freshness and quality to every customer.

A dedicated training plan and progressive shadowing by experienced colleagues will teach assortment products, methods, procedures and bar dynamics. Opportunities exist for consolidation within the company and access to the My Learning Plus platform.

Requirements

Passion for food and restaurant work
Enjoy working in direct contact with customers
Availability for shifts of 6 hours and 40 minutes across 4 days including weekends

Responsibilities

Organize the workstation and equipment including coffee machines, counter and display cases
Prepare coffees, cappuccinos, hot drinks, brioche and other baked goods
Provide assistance and service to customers at the counter and tables
Prepare hot and cold dishes in the kitchen using selected ingredients
Manage customer flow at the cash register and counter
Prepare aperitifs, cocktails and platters for table or counter service
Clean and restock equipment, surfaces and dining area
