Lead with presence by recruiting, training, and mentoring coffee shop staff to uphold standards and create a positive environment. Provide ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and identify improvements through store environment and business indicators. Foster teamwork, customer focus, and continuous improvement while building strong team relationships.

Drive results by monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales to meet revenue targets. Control expenses, manage budgets including labor and supplies, and track cash flow with accurate financial reports. Implement sales strategies and ensure efficient operations like opening, closing, cleaning, and light maintenance.

Promote store events, seasonal promotions, and new products to attract customers. Engage in local community events and partnerships to boost brand visibility and foot traffic. Requirements

  • Proficiency in leadership presence and stewardship of talent
  • Experience recruiting, training, and mentoring staff in coffee shop settings
  • Ability to review business indicators and store environment for operational improvements

  • Expertise in monitoring sales performance and driving revenue targets
  • Knowledge of expense control, budgeting, and financial reporting in retail food operations
  • Competency in inventory control and efficient store operations

Responsibilities
