At Daylesford Organic, we have farmed organically in the Cotswolds for over 40 years, supplying cafés with seasonal produce and artisan food. Our Brompton Cross store brings the farm spirit to London with fresh organic offerings and a beautiful café celebrating the seasons.
Lead the Brompton Cross café as an experienced and inspiring Café Manager sharing passion for exceptional food, warm hospitality, and sustainable living. Oversee day-to-day operations for smooth service, manage rotas, labour costs, and ensure full compliance with food safety and company standards. Drive commercial performance by achieving KPIs, monitoring stock, and minimising waste.
Inspire a high-performing front-of-house team, fostering warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality through recruitment, training, and coaching. Deliver elevated guest experiences by championing product knowledge and the organic ethos while maintaining highest standards of presentation and service. Thrive in a fast-paced setting reflecting the beauty and integrity of our farm.
Act as an ambassador for Daylesford’s organic values, promoting conscious consumption and environmentally responsible practices. Work closely with farm and central teams to optimise seasonal offerings. Enjoy 40 hours over 5 shifts weekly including weekends in a premium, food-led environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Café or Restaurant Manager within a premium, food-led environment
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving performance
- A natural leader with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Immaculate personal presentation, reflecting our premium brand standards
- A genuine passion for organic, seasonal food and sustainable hospitality
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Confident communication skills and a polished, professional presence
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
