Cafe Manager

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to join the Benugo team at the Victoria & Albert Museum. Set within beautifully preserved Victorian refreshment rooms, the cafe offers a stunning architectural backdrop. It is open 7 days a week, serving hot dishes, fresh salads, sandwiches, indulgent cakes and coffee.

Supervise, manage and motivate the team to ensure the operation runs smoothly. Maintain the customers' experience to the highest standard at all times. Continuously work towards improving sales and service.

Support and manage team performance through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring. Ensure high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained. Operate within an inclusive culture focused on progression for all employees.
