We are seeking a results-driven Cafe Manager to join our Bon Appetit team. This pivotal leader is responsible for the holistic café experience, bridging innovative hospitality and operational excellence. Reporting to the Multi-Unit General Manager, you will partner with key stakeholders across the account.
Leverage your hospitality and operational expertise to deliver a world-class food service experience that delights guests and aligns with our partner’s strategic goals. Oversee all facets of the café, from financial stewardship and labor management to fostering a high-performance team culture. Champion a culture of workplace and food safety every day.
